We are a small, rural service with 4 full time paid staff and numerous part time paid volunteer staff.  We respond to all medical calls within Musselshell County (and a bit farther out, too, sometimes!)  In 2022, we responded to 852 calls for service.  We have 5 well stocked ambulances.  What makes our service work is our people, the full time and the volunteers.  Without the best people, we would never be able to do the job we do and love.
