Proceed with third-party attorney review of Developer’s Agreement and Contract for Deed documents for the Wier Building Project.  Work will cost up to $1,500 and attorney will be Troy Bentson with Browning, Kaleczyc, Berry & Hoven, P.C. (Bozeman, MT)).  The contract was recommended by the Musselshell County Attorney.

2. Review and sign Airport Outlay Report and Request for Reimbursement #6 for pavement maintenance 3-30-0066-019-2025 submitted by KLJ Engineering.
