 1.  Public Comment on Resolution 2026-9  A resolution authorizing and approving the sale of a certain parcel of real property known as the Wier Building, 215 Main Street, Roundup, Montana, and more particularly described as the Roundup Original Townsite, S13, T08 N, R25 E, Lots 8, 9, 10, 11 and the South 18.5 feet of Lot 7, Block 17 in the City of Roundup, Musselshell County, Montana for the purpose of economic development and historic preservation in accordance with the development objectives of Musselshell County and providing for an effective date herein.

  2. Review and sign Outlay Report #9 request for reimbursement for 3-30-0066-019-2025 submitted by KLJ Engineering for Roundup Airport.
  3. Review and sign the Encroachment Permit for an approach in Section 26, T 8 N, R 25 E, Gibbtown Ave., submitted by Craig Rech.
  4. Review and sign Substantial Completion Certificate for Empire Roofing’s work on the Wier Building.    
  5. Review and sign the Encroachment permit for a water pipe on Gage Rd in Section 31, T-9-N, R-26-E submitted by Kilby Butte Colony.
  6. Review and sign Resolution 2026-16 Appointing Special Deputy County Attorney Lynn Grant for State of Montana v. Sherrie Barry.
  7. Review and sign Resolution 2026-17 Appointing Special Deputy County Attorney Lynn Grant for State of Montana v. Sherrie Barry.
