 1.  Public Comment on Resolution 2026-9  A resolution authorizing and approving the sale of a certain parcel of real property known as the Wier Building, 215 Main Street, Roundup, Montana, and more particularly described as the Roundup Original Townsite, S13, T08 N, R25 E, Lots 8, 9, 10, 11 and the South 18.5 feet of Lot 7, Block 17 in the City of Roundup, Musselshell County, Montana for the purpose of economic development and historic preservation in accordance with the development objectives of Musselshell County and providing for an effective date herein.

Public Comment on any public matter within the jurisdiction of the Commissioners that is NOT on the Agenda.

Business:

8:45     1. Review and sign the Interagency Agreement between the Office of the Court Administrator, the 14th Judicial District and Musselshell County.  

            2. Review and sign Work Order #12 General Service Agreement for the Industrial Park Subdivision Permitting submitted by WWC Engineering.

            3. Review and sign Resolution 2026-14 stating Musselshell County’s authorization to negotiate the potential sale of the premises known as the Wier Building, 215 Main Street, Roundup, Montana.

            4. Review and sign the “Event Agreement” for use of the area North of the Wier Building over the 4th of July submitted by Travis Corey.

5. Review and sign Resolution 2026-15 to Apply for Montana Coal Endowment Funds Bridge Construction Grant for the Harvey Road Bridge.

            6. Review and Sign the Application for Montana Public Facility Projects for the Harvey Road Bridge.

            7. Review and sign the Letter to the Montana Coal Endowment Program for the Harvey Road Bridge.
