The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Goffena and Commissioner Turley & Commissioner Pancratz. Minutes were done by Charle Vohs. Also present were Norma Trent, American legion Commander Frank Kelly, Darcie Dutton, Richard Durgin-President of Roundup Chamber of Commerce, County Attorney Holly Todd Rogers, and new hire Marquinn Hart.

Commissioner Goffena made a motion to approve the agenda for the day. Commissioner Turley seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Commissioner Turley made a motion to approve the minutes from September 18, 2026. Turley seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Public comment: Darcie Dutton came in to complain about radio comments made by Commissioners Turley and Goffena. She was offered an apology and told a public apology would be given next time they go on the radio. She was also asked to have a sit-down meeting to go over improved relationships with the Chamber. Also, President Durgin from the Chamber asked for a sit down for better understanding of what the Chamber and County could help each other with improvements.
Fank Kelly came in to update the Commissioners on next steps with the American Legion with grants and plans. He has connected with Sara at Snowy MTN. Development to help with planning, Archeological surveys and ground impaction tests.

Treasurer Hetrick Update of School budgets being posted and completed.
Sheriff Lesnik 5 prisoners currently. 1 transported. 1 out of state hold. Also writing a support letter for Hospital new facility.
DES Justin Russell and Assistant Darin Rook This week we had 22 office visits, 19 phone calls, 3 Burn Permits Open burning was opened on 9-19-26 and 5 Rural Addressing Calls for service. 4 meeting attended.
County Agent Reed Cooley came in and gave his update. Winter programs are in the development stage.
Community Health Worker Nick Littrell gave his weekly report. Has met with Elementary school and JR high and High school this week. He is working with students. He has also joined the child protection team

3:00 Public Comment Ryan Couch came into asking whether any policy changes on pay for Sheriffs Dept. be held until after first of the year.
Kelly Gebhardt Came in to see if feasible for millings piled at the airport can be used for airport road and Klien Rd. Commissioners will talk to Tom on Monday.
Angi Tatman asked to use Wier Building for Festival of Trees during the Christmas stroll. Told to call Theresa Doumitt to see if feasible commissioners agreed if ok.
Monty Seeley came in to see what the price of water would be from the filling station. He was told .03 per gallon.
