This management plan must be approved by the Musselshell County Weed Board and will be on file at the District Weed Office at 204 8th Ave East, Roundup, MT 59072. If the control measures are not carried out per this agreement, the Musselshell County Weed Board may terminate this Management Plan and issue an order for further actions to be taken in accordance with provision 7-22-2216 of the County Noxious Weed Management Act of 1985. Any action or order of the Weed Board may be appealed as outlined in 7-22-2110 of the County Noxious Weed Management Act of 1985.
